Wawasan Open University is a university based in Malaysia that specializes in Open Distance Learning or ODL. It gives educational opportunities for individuals who don’t have the resources to physically attend classes but still want to pursue a degree.
In ODL, the students will only need to access the materials or modules needed through online portals. Other means to get the needed resources are through podcasts and the traditional printed material. The students can also virtually meet their tutors through the online portals, as well as through phone, and teleconference.
