BERJAYA University College of Hospitality – Overview
When there was a great demand of tourism professionals in Malaysia, the Ministry of Education offered an invitation to the Berjaya Corporation Group of Companies to establish an educational institution that would meet this demand. Because of this the BERJAYA University College of Hospitality was established and since then has provided graduates who are not only well trained to meet the demands of the service industries but are also equipped with the needed entrepreneurial skills to make it out in the real world.

BERJAYA UCH follows a curriculum that is not only focused on the academics but is also career-focused. The school also incorporates what they call as the Berjaya Immersion Methodology. This approach follows the principle on Learning by Doing. So the school immerses their students to various workshops, seminars, practicums, practical sessions and study trips so that they will not only learn the theory behind the program but they will also get to practice and apply it first hand.
